I feel like the hugest weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. I don't even think I realized how much it was on my mind until the doctor said "benign" and I immediately felt such a relief!
So the kids and I were in the car after school today and instead of going home I said "lets go fly a kite".
And we did. And it was so much fun!

It was a good day :)

Patrick would approve.
I, however, gasp with horror that you could invoke the horror that Mary Poppins became after Patrick watched it once a day, every day, for three freaking years.
Not even Mary Poppins can stand up to over 1,000 viewings.
:-p
(Also, however many years later, that building just looks wrong. And, yes, I am aware that I am nostalgic for the place where cockroach eggs tended to grow in the clay we used for ceramics class, but still.)
